Our Attorneys

Jade Heaven joined Walsh Pancio in August 2025 and focuses her practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense. Specifically, she has defended clients in motor vehicle liability, personal injury, and premises liability.

Prior to joining the Walsh Pancio team, Jade served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable A. Nicole Tate-Wilborn in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas in the Family Division for over two years.

Jade is a member of the Montgomery Bar Association and specifically serves as a member on the Women in the Law Committee and the Young Lawyers Section. She has been a member of the Doris Jonas Freed Inn of Court since 2023 and serves as the Community Outreach Co-Chair (2025-2026). She has also been accepted into the Montgomery Bar Association’s Leadership Academy for 2026.

She attended The University of Massachusetts School of Law, graduating with Latin honors. Prior to law school, she earned her bachelor’s degree at Temple University, majoring in Criminal Justice.

In her free time, Jade enjoys spending time with family, dancing, tending to her house plants, and is an avid dog lover.
